Hi, I’m Ryan Ojala.

I'm passionate about wellness, longevity, and finding healing through both ritual and research.
My life used to be centered around survival — but today, I’m thriving thanks to newfound peace, daily rituals, and a commitment to growth through education and reflection.

I created this space to share what’s working in my life — from science-backed supplements and skincare to the quiet moments that make us feel calm and connected. I’ve been a practicing bedside respiratory care practitioner for 7 years now, and I see each day in the hospital the ramifications of not taking care of your body and mind. That was one of my major pushes to create a platform like this so I could reach people with the health knowledge I have accumulated. I’m also currently pursuing my master’s degree at Johns Hopkins University near Washington D.C., but I am a California native.

I believe wellness should be personal, intentional, and transparent. Everyone deserves to find a rhythm and lifestyle interventions that support who they truly are as an individual.
